STANDARD LOCAL:
Orders that are placed after 2:00 pm (+10 GMT Melbourne, Australia) from Monday through till Friday will be processed on the next business day. In-stock items will be shipped 48 hours after you have placed your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
In-stock items will ship 48 hours after you place your order. All orders outside of Australia are standard $20 satchels.
Please note shipping costs do not include any clearance fees which include: destination country’s taxes, duties, and/or any brokerage fees. You may also be responsible for any additional fees at the time of delivery. If your package is not accepted (signed for) at the time of delivery, international orders will not be refunded for shipping costs or the refused merchandise.
For further details on taxes/duties or clearance-related fees, we strongly recommend that you contact your local government branch responsible for importing and exporting.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged with the packaging still intact and with all tags attached. Online Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 30 business days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 business days will be refunded in the form of an online credit for your future purchases.
Items designated as on sale are not returnable. Return policy described here only applies to online purchases.

Only items purchased on www.teemeup.com / www.altimitclothing.com, may be returned by mail. Enclose the merchandise in it's original packaging with your original receipt and send it to the address below. Please include a short note detailing whether you wish to return or exchange the item. PLEASE NOTE: Please return all orders in their original packaging to ensure the resell ability of the merchandise. If your order is received back to us in damaged or improper packaging you will be charged a Damaged Return Fee of $10. We reserve this right.

- What is a pre-order?
- It's a way to reserve our hottest new products before their initial release.
- When will my pre-order be shipped?
- The pre-ordered item will be shipped on its release date.
All other items will be processed for immediate shipment, depending on availability. So if you ordered other items along with the pre-ordered item, you will most likely get the other items first. - When will I be charged for my pre-order?
- You will be needed to purchase the pre-order item to ensure your order is reserved.
If you order other items together with the pre-ordered item, you will be
charged for the other items together.
- What do you mean by the "expected" release date?
- We can't always predict the exact date a pre-ordered item will become available.
We will ship your pre-order as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee a specific date.
If the date changes, we'll alert you by email.
- Can I cancel a pre-order?
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time prior to when your order is available to ship.
